I am writing this just after having leftover biryani which I ordered last night because I was sad.
I want to focus and improve my health in next 75 days. Why now?
In these 75 days, I have to work a full time job, travel for 40 days and attend 6 weddings. If I don’t take this challenge up, I ll probably gain more than a few kilos in these days. And, if I can remain healthy in during these 75 days of caloriepocalypse, I think I will be able to do much better in my normal life days, I guess.
So, what I am supposed to do in these 75 days? Well, two things primarily.
- Track all meals on a calorie tracking app
- Exercise at least 30 mins or walk 10k steps
There are more things like maintaining protein intake and improving my running and so on, but let me keep the compulsory things to the minimum for now.
One output metric that I do want to track is my weight and I do want to loose a few kilos. But, as a seasoned corporate slave, I know I should put targets on input metrics and not output ones.
Anyways, I ll update this post on my progress ( or failure)
