The love of your life cheated on you? Think your life is over? The guy she cheated with could have had aids. You just drilled through the rock bottom and are bathing in hot lava.
Things can always get worse, and things can always get better. You really have no control. Any expectations you have from future do not come with manufacturer’s warranty. Indulge in hopium or pessimisium at your own risk.
